Ferrite Microwave Technologies systems and microwave transmitter designs offer minimal cavity match losses. As a result of our advanced technology, we often achieve reflected power levels of less than 5%
Microwave Techniques: 100 kW Components & Transmitters
Uniquely, FMT is the only transmitter company internally producing 100% of its own components. This includes waveguides, circulators, water loads, auto-tuners and more. In coordination with Microwave Techniques components division, we are the largest producer of WR-975 waveguide, plus components.
This includes water-cooled and liquid-cooled loads. In addition, FMT supplies circulators to most of the world’s leading transmitter companies and OEMs. We combine the legacy products of Mega Industries & FMT to provide the largest base of industrial components in the high-power microwave industry.
In critical applications, failure is simply not an option. We’ve built a strong reputation for ultra-reliable circulators, isolators, and other components for medical, scientific and radar applications. We apply these same disciplines to our industrial microwave components. This provides users (including ourselves) with more energy applied to their cavities and process. In turn, less energy is reflected towards the power source (magnetrons and others).
