This includes full access to a range of tempering, heating, and drying systems for on-the-spot product testing with microwaves. It can be a daunting task to try and evaluate whether such equipment will meet your requirements. We understand scoping this equipment may require up close and personal evaluation. This is why we offer all current and prospective customers to book a time in our kitchen to test their products and new ideas. We can trial it with our various systems and evaluate which is the best fit for your application. Our microwave test kitchen is open for testing! Maximum box opening: 22″ W x 11″ H
Adjustable power: 30 to 75 kilowatts
Adjustable belt speed: 20 to 168 inches per minute

Drying System (MIP-9)
Continuous belted drying system
75 kilowatt, 915 MHz generator
Microwave opening: 2.5″ H x 40″ W
Adjustable power: 30 to 75 kilowatts
Adjustable belt speed: 20 to 168 inches per minute
High powered exhaust blower for moisture removal

Ridged Waveguide (RWG) Lab System
Continuous belted drying system
6 kilowatt, 2450 MHz generator
18″ wide belt
Opening will accept 0.5″ material
Intake air is heated. CFM controlled via VFD
Outtake air CRM controlled via VFD
Adjustable belt speed: 20 to 168 inches per minute
