Meat Tempering Microwave Systems

Set up precise meat tempering with the FMT MIP10. The unit comes with precise computer controls, enabling predictability for temperature increases, which then equips users with better final product temperature attainment. Widely popular for its abilities with protein retainment and flavor compounds, the MIP10 is ideal for portion-control meat plants, sausage kitchens, and beef and poultry operations.

The MIP4 Meat Tempering System is for small to medium volume throughputs of meat. While it may be a more compact layout, it proves as advantageous in limited space settings and on-the-go food prep locations. This reliable batch-type system tempers a 50 pound (23 kg) box of frozen meat in just 1 minute.
