This video tutorial shows how to operate a continuous microwave system. This is the basic load and unload procedure for our MIP-12 system.
How To Operate A Continuous System: The Basics
The standard system consists of a single 4-foot by 4-foot by 8-foot long tunnel, with up to four dependable 75 kilowatt microwave generators. Product temperature control is maintainable with simple belt speed or generator power adjustments. You can add additional generators, to the unit to significantly increase production output.
The product transports on a 20-inch wide positive drive, articulated belt of microwave transparent material transports the food product through the oven. Standard tunnels accommodate boxes 20 inches by 10 inches. However, other tunnel sizes are also available.
