Ferrite Microwave Technologies (FMT) high-power circulators & isolators are designed in frequencies ranging from 50 MHz to 50 GHz. FMT offers a broad range of high-power devices from waveguide WR22 to WR2300, as well as coaxial SMA to 9-3/16” EIA. Circulators & Isolators: The Basics
FMT supplies 3-Port Junction Circulators in either “Y” or “T” configurations. Depending on power and output mismatch conditions, we have cooling mediums options of air (natural convection or forced), and liquid. Circulators maintain good isolation with very low insertion loss.
Four Port Differential circulators are available in all standard industry bandwidths. Peak power as high as 25MW and averages into the hundreds of kW is achievable.
Applications range from Accelerators (Scientific and Medical), Radar Systems (Isolators or Duplexers), Communication Systems and Industrial.
Used for source protection with Magnetrons, TWT’s, Klystrons and Solid-State Amplifiers. Our circulator and isolator designs ensure high reliability where there is no tolerance for failure. We support land-based, mobile, naval, and airborne environments.
