Our microwave systems are utilized by energy companies to aid with oil reclamation efforts. Other applications include coal drying and processing.

Microwave coal drying can be more cost effective for certain clients in energy markets where Picture1electricity is relatively cheap. It can also be configured to be more modular than other drying systems, allowing the flexibility to move production to another location at lower costs than incurred for traditional treatment equipment.

There is momentum in the bio-solid fuel industry for converting grasses and other natural waste into Government-sludgewood chips or pellets for burning as fuel. Conventional manufacturing involves a long fire-heated barrel for compression. Microwave heating provides an alternative.

Another application is hospital waste disposal and treatment. We’ve built systems that power plasma incinerators for bio-waste disposal.

You can crack an oil molecule with a microwave and thereby replace conventional refinement IMS-oil-recprocesses with microwave systems. In doing so, you can avoid the necessity of using a cracking tower and decrease your facility footprint.
