If, like many of our customers, you’ve never owned an industrial microwave system before then it can be a daunting task to try to evaluate whether such a product will meet your requirements.

Many of our customers start out testing their products in home microwaves they have in their corporate kitchens or personal dwellings. This is a good place to start. However, since these products are both small and 2450 MHz (as opposed to the 915 MHz frequency we use for our systems), such testing can only take you so far.

We encourage all of our prospective clients to come visit us at our headquarters in Nashua, New Hampshire and to bring their product with them. This way, we can run it through our test systems here and you can see for yourself what the result of high power microwave treatment will be on your process. Of course, if travel is prohibitively difficult, we are happy to receive your product here in your absence and to test it for you and report the results back to you.
